strange

that's how I feel these days... jaded, misunderstood and generally not my happy self. i am not a fan of blaming things on pregnancy so it's hard for me to understand what's happening here... i am tired all of the time and just generally feel like staying home in my pj's all day. this describes it perfectly and sadly.

When you try your best but you don't succeed
When you get what you want but not what you need
When you feel so tired but you can't sleep
Stuck in reverse.

And the tears come streaming down your face
When you lose something you can't replace
When you love someone but it goes to waste
Could it be worse?

Lights will guide you home
And ignite your bones
And I will try to fix you

And high up above earth or down below
When you're too in love to let it go
But if you never try you'll never know
Just what you're worth

Lights will guide you home
And ignite your bones
And I will try to fix you

Tears stream, down your face
When you lose something you cannot replace
Tears stream down your face and I...

Tears stream, down your face
I promise you I will learn from my mistakes
Tears stream down your face and I...

Lights will guide you home
And ignite your bones
And I will try to fix you.

I totally understand. That's exactly how I felt. I did stay home in my pjs. I felt disconnected from everyone. I felt like no one understood, but I did what I needed to.

I hope you feel better soon. Praying for you, friend.

Hi Heather,
I wish I could give you something to inspire you right now. But truth be told...I've been feeling this way for about 3 months now. I am not pregnant, but I do have a beautiful 9 month old and a supportive and loving partner. I'm not sure why I'm feeling this way, it's baffling. I feel like I have so much to be happy for, and yet I struggle to be happy each day. I really hope for the both of us that this heaviness starts to lift and that things will become brighter in the days and weeks to come. I'll be thinking of you and this journey you are on. Hugs, Lisa.
