that is SO crazy! i just finished this book today! it WAS so good...didn't you want to beat up the arrogant doctor? i'm so glad you read it too, it makes me feel connected to you. it is so amazing to think about how hard women have had to fight to just have their babies.... jo PS this is jo, not wade!
Speaking of books, I am wondering if you or other mothers could suggest a good book on pregnancy. I was thinking of buying "The Pregnancy Book" by Bill Sears, but I want to know what those of you think that have read the books and gone through the pregnancies. I am not pregnant now, but am getting ready. That's why I'm anonymous, I'm not a stranger! Any book suggestions you have would be great. And sorry to throw a wrench into your comments by asking about something unrelated.
Ahh pregnancy books.. so many good ones. My top pick would be "Birthing From Within" By Pam England. My other fave is "Pregnancy, Childbirth and the Newborn" by Simkin, Walley and Keppler. You have me so curious.. I have quite a library (being a doula) if you are interested let me know...Dr. Sears is a good choice. I have His "Baby Book" been my bible these last few months for the boys...And thanks for asking..
i'm happy to have you join us on our life voyage. as we tread, swim, back stroke and somedays we feel like sinking. i believe in non judgmental, real life. I am a mom to three boys including a set of twins and married to a fantastic, patient hot italian stallion. I'm terrified most of the time but believe in feeling it all. I am a wellness educator and advocate. I love sharing with people how to reduce their exposure to toxins in their home and to support your wellness naturally using Young Living essential oils and oil infused products!
